Resonance function

Magnetic resonance imaging, therefore, is often complementary or substitute to CT scan, based on the patient's needs and conditions.
Resonance and contraindications
Before undergoing an MRI it is advisable to evaluate the need with your doctor, in particular:

- if you have metal splinters or other metallic and non-metallic devices, even for medical use (e.g. braces or dental prostheses)
- if you have tattoos.
